Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces diff\u00e9rents agents, il est possible d&#039;obtenir des nanoparticules de carbonate de calcium de tailles, de formes et de structures cristallines vari\u00e9es, et de moduler leur agglom\u00e9ration, permettant ainsi une synth\u00e8se contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de ces particules.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vertical-roller-mill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/cdde26f9252f3fbcb1b76c06b8e8a44b.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13620\"\/><\/figure><p>Lors de la synth\u00e8se de nanoparticules de carbonate de calcium par carbonisation, l&#039;ajout de glucose, de saccharose et d&#039;amidon soluble comme agents de contr\u00f4le de la cristallisation a influenc\u00e9 la conductivit\u00e9 et le pH. L&#039;ajout d&#039;un agent de contr\u00f4le sans cristaux et de diff\u00e9rents glucides a \u00e9galement eu un impact sur la conductivit\u00e9 et le pH. Les r\u00e9sultats sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/p><p>(1) L&#039;ajout de saccharose, de glucose et d&#039;amidon soluble en proportions massiques identiques au syst\u00e8me r\u00e9actionnel a permis d&#039;obtenir des nanocristaux de carbonate de calcium de type calcite, de forme cubique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. La pr\u00e9sence d&#039;un groupe polaire -OH dans la structure mol\u00e9culaire du glucide, et d&#039;un doublet non liant d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 forte \u00e9lectron\u00e9gativit\u00e9, pourrait expliquer cette anomalie. Ce doublet non liant pourrait se coordonner avec les ions Ca\u00b2\u207a par compensation de charge, inhibant ainsi la croissance des nanocristaux de carbonate de calcium.<\/p><p>(2) L&#039;ajout d&#039;un additif glucidique avant la r\u00e9action de carbonisation favorise la nucl\u00e9ation et diminue l&#039;\u00e9nergie de surface des germes cristallins de carbonate de calcium, permettant ainsi la formation de germes cristallins plus petits et stables.
